The breakfast buffet had amazing variety and super tasty food. Staff members surprised us with a cake because it was our anniversary! The hotel is very clean and everything is easily accessible.

The location was perfect. I had easy access to the beach (a dream for a romantic getaway). i especially liked the friendly and cute staff. chaima at the front desk upgraded my room to a suite, a beautiful surprise. it had a balcony with a amazing sea view.
i found that the rooms needed a bit more attention to cleanliness. the balcony glass seemed a little dirty. some of the bath towels felt old (a little worn out, perhaps). the deckchairs by the pool were too close together for my taste.

The included breakfast offered many options that was delicious.
The beach wasn't clean and seemed really shabby. The sun loungers lacked mattresses, so they felt uncomfortable. I think these issues really impacted my time.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff were professional. Cleanliness was great. Facilities were of high class.
I feel that the hotel should improve bottled beer prices. The prices are too high. I would have stayed at the Sofitel if I had known.
